Introduction to horseback riding lessons offer an excellent opportunity for those who want to pursue horse riding as a hobby and for those who wish to pursue horseback riding as a sport. We teach an English riding style called saddleseat. We help people of all ages and experience enjoy our beautiful saddlebred horses.

This month-long class is offered:

• Wednesdays at 4:00pm or Saturdays at 8:30am

• Ages 6-13

• 60 min classes, final class is 90 mins

• Cost is $140

 

Curriculum:

• Week 1 - Safety, Tour of barn, Grooming

• Week 2 - Grooming, Tacking, Mounting/Dismounting, Riding basics

• Week 3 - Begin riding with a lead line

• Week 4 - Learn to ride
